Donna E. Holt (ITIL Practitioner, ItSMF Founding Member)

Since 1997, Donna has focused on professional training and course development in the areas of ITIL, IT Service Management, and IT support. She has presented more than 100 training seminars to some thousands of mid and upper-level managers; and has personally performed certification audits on globally dispersed companies including Lockheed Martin and Honda.
