About the Founder

Christopher Scordo (PMP, ITIL) is the founder and Managing Director of SSI Logic. He is the author of two books: "ITIL Exam Prep - Questions, Answers, & Explanations", and "PMP Exam Prep - Questions, Answers, & Explanations"; and is heavily involved in the innovative technology used to implement courseware through SSI Logic's web sites, iPhone apps, and books.

Under Christopher's direction, SSI Logic's exam preparation books and software systems are relied on by a global audience of training organizations and corporate enterprises who seek to prepare and assess students. In November 2009, SSI Logic's ITIL practice exam content was the first to be endorsed by the official accreditor of the ITIL framework ("APM Group"). Mr. Scordo is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has developed the curriculum, content, and tools used to prepare thousands of professionals. Christopher continues to consult and manage projects across multiple industries and niches; including federal systems, Health IT, emergency preparedness, and application development.

Personally, Christopher maintains a broad client portfolio of both government and private sector clients and loves helping students achieve their goals. When he's not developing new training products, Christopher can be found playing competitive tennis, traveling, and enjoying life with his wife and new son.

ITIL certifications are available at the Foundation, Intermediate, and Expert, and Master levels. Attaining the ITIL Foundation certificate is required prior to acquisition of other ITIL certifications. ITIL Prime provides test preparation content covering the area of the ITIL Foundation exam.

About the ITIL Foundation Exam and Certification
The ITIL Foundation exam covers material from all five ITIL core volumes. ITIL Prime maintains ITIL mock exams and practice tests which cover the new areas addressed by ITIL.

ITIL Foundation Exam Format

• There are 40 total multiple choice questions which make up the ITIL Foundation exam
• Individuals have 1 hour to complete the exam
• The exam is closed book and requires a passing score of 65% or greater.
• Many Examination Institutes (EIs) administer the ITIL Foundation exam, including EXIN, ISEB, APMG, Loyalist Certification Services (LCS), and CSME.
